When I saw the Mighty Purse at TOTAL BEAUTY EXPERIENCE, I thought.. What a cool idea! It's a purse ( a really nice quality leather purse), a wallet, a cell phone charger - all in one. It contains a very thin charger that connects to your phone when you need it and will charge it up to 2 times. After the mighty purse battery is drained, you simply plug it into a charger - just like the one you use for your phone and re-charge it and it's good to go again to serve as a backup charger right in your purse!

 OK - I know I am a techie gadget lover, and tend to gravitate toward these things, but this is something that everyone.. techie or not will appreciate and see the value in. 

The purse itself is a nice high quality leather purse, that stands on it's own as a great little purse. Granted this is not a catch all purse. This is either a wrist purse or they have a cross body version with the optional cross body strap. It holds some credit cards, has a zippered pouch inside, and some models have a zippered pouch outside as well. It could easily hold not only your phone and keys, but some cosmetics, receipts, or whatever you like to put in pouches, plus the battery. The battery is thin and can snap out if you choose to move it to your big catch all purse, backpack or choose to leave it home all together.

Speaking of backpacks... what a great thing to keep with your gear while you hike. It will help insure that you aren't stuck somewhere with a dead phone if you need to call for help. That my friend, is definitely worth the price of admission.

 I love wearing sandals. All year I yearn for the day I can finally throw off the socks, and the closed toe shoes and break out the sandals... and let my toes be free! But like many people, I have calluses on my heels. Sometimes I even have deep cracks in those calluses that are painful, annoying, ugly, and not very attractive in my a fore mentioned sandals. It contains fruit acids and natural ingredients that actually cause the calluses to slough off completely. How cool is that? 

HERE'S HOW IT WORKS 

 The package contains two plastic booties filled with the magic ingredients. You put them on your feet, tape them shut with the enclosed tape strips... and sit down without walking for an hour. This may be tough for active Moms, so you have to plan a time when you will be uninterrupted and not be tempted to get up and walk around. The reason for staying seated is that the booties are slippery inside and walking is nearly impossible and potentially dangerous if you slip and fall. So plan a time that works best, pour yourself a glass of wine, put on a favorite TV program, or pick up a book and settle in for 1 hour. Believe me it will be time well spent!

After the hour, take off the booties and thoroughly rinse off the gel from your feet. You're done. Now just forget about it for 4-5 days. Then take a look at your feet. You will see your calluses starting to peel. Resist helping the peeling process initially because the peeling can be fairly deep and you don't want to risk peeling fresh skin. Wait a few days and you will see massive amounts of peeling that will then come off easily.

What's underneath? Soft beautiful callus free skin. I was shocked at how soft and pink my skin was.
It was truly like baby feet. My skin continued to peel for another week or so. First it was my heels, then the rest of my foot sole. Then the dead skin around my toes, and finally the top of my foot began to peel.

THE RESULT

I am really pleased with the final result. This is definitely something I will do every summer just before sandal season. I now just use regular moisturizing treatments to keep my feet soft. I couldn't be happier. The whole experience was kind of fun. Just watching all of those years of calluses that I've never been able to remove, even with electric foot sanders, files and graters finally be completely removed.  Those other things made my feet feel smoother, but never completely removed calluses.
